For you

The whole team sees the same service

A board organised by stage — received, preparing, ready, served. Everyone knows what is waiting for them without asking, and without walking to the kitchen to check.

  • No more walking over to find out where a dish is
  • New servers are up to speed in one evening
  • Every action is attributed to whoever did it
  • Runs on the team's own phones

Service in columns

Each order moves from one column to the next. A glance is enough to see what is ready to go out and what is stuck, without crossing the room to ask.

Four stages
Received, preparing, ready, served.
History kept separate
Paid bills and cancellations leave the service board.
Changing table
Mid-meal, without losing the order or the bill.
Dedicated views
Takeaway and pre-orders have boards of their own.

The plan of your room

Lay your tables out as they really are, across several floors if need be, and run service straight from the plan rather than from a list.

Each to their own access

The team shares a device but not the same rights. Everyone identifies with a short code, and sensitive actions stay with those entitled to them.

Frequently asked questions

How many devices do I need on the floor?

One is enough to start, at the pass or on the counter. Each server can also use their own phone: a four-digit code is all it takes to get their rights back.

Can I run several establishments?

Yes, from a single account, with a menu, opening hours, a team and tables of its own for each branch.

Is the floor plan shared between devices?

Not yet: the layout you draw is stored on the device that created it. Plan on drawing it again if you change tablet.
