Frequently asked questions

Does the guest have to create an account?

Once, yes: a four-digit code by SMS is enough. The scanned table number is held through that step, so the guest comes back to exactly their table after signing in.

What if a guest would rather not use their phone?

Your servers take the order as usual from their own screen, and it joins exactly the same path to the kitchen.

Does the guest pay from their phone?

Not today. They follow their order, you take payment as usual in cash or by card, then mark it paid: the guest then sees their summary and can download their receipt. Online payment will come once a local provider is integrated.
